Prices
Prices for translations are based on various factors such as the complexity of the text or the amount of research necessary.
In order to be able to offer you fair prices my calculations are based either on the number of words in the source text or the standard lines (55 characters per line)1 Translation jobs which cannot be calculated according to fixed variables will be invoiced according to complexity or to an agreed package price.

Terms and Conditions
Unless otherwise indicated, the basis for the handling of a translation job are my general terms and conditions, which you will receive with the quotation. These are only a few of the main issues:
Deadlines: In my quotation or confirmation of order I will indicate a binding deadline on which you will receive your translated and adapted documents.
Delivery: In general, you will receive the translation in the data format we have agreed on as e-mail attachment. At your request confidential documents can be transferred using a secure data line. Please let me know if you prefer having the translated text sent on CD, DVD or as hard copy.
Invoice and Terms of Payment: Invoices will be sent via e-mail as PDF document or by post if required. Terms of payment: 30 days net upon receipt of invoice.
